Rolling Recertifications

Though many properties and or communities are now familiar with mass recertifications, many properties still perform annual recertifications on a rolling basis. Rolling recertifications are completed on a month by month basis. Depending on when most of your residents have moved onto the property, you may find it beneficial to hire a consultant for your busy recertification months.
